Chris L. Lane Chris graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. degree in business.  He has worked in private practice as well as public accounting  This allowed him to gain  experience from a "Big Five" public accounting firm.  With over 20 years of accounting experience, Chris has worked in a variety of industries including insurance, mortgage, real estate, telephone, cemetery and funeral homes. Believe it or not, Chris actually enjoys practicing his tax skills (especially in the busy season).  You might find him reviewing a 1040 or he might be researching a technical tax question posed by one of our clients.  Working in public accounting provides Chris the opportunity to meet new challenges as well as interacting closely with our clients. In his free time, Chris really enjoys spending time with this 5 and 6 year old boys.  He coaches both boys' soccer teams.  He tells his wife, Kathy, he would like to have 5 boys in order to make a basketball team. If he's not coaching soccer in the fall, you will find him coaching a little league baseball team.  Of course, there is no way he could coach any of these teams without the support of  Kathy, "team mom". Personally, Chris enjoys reading Dan Brown and other mystery books.  If he's not watching Notre Dame football, he is probably playing football with his boys (they have lots of energy!).  Although his golf game has taken a back seat, fishing has not.  He enjoys spending time with his father-in-law fishing a variety of lakes throughout Indiana.
